What Is Würth USA?

Würth USA is the American operating company of the Würth Group, the German fastening and assembly-materials giant, and Würth USA is its direct-to-consumer tool store. The distinction matters because the brand name is attached to a very old industrial business, while the website most consumers will land on is a comparatively young Shopify storefront.

The corporate facts are concrete. Wurth USA Inc. has operated since 1969, according to its own company information page, and is headquartered at 93 Grant Street, Ramsey, NJ 07446. The same page says the company employs 500 people and serves more than 40,000 customers, including body shops, independent repair shops, dealerships, fleet operators, government agencies and vocational schools. Its contact page publishes the 1-800-WURTH-USA line and lists customer-service hours of Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm EST. The terms of service on the consumer store identify the contracting entity as WURTH USA, Inc. and give the Ramsey address.

The parent is large enough that the US operation is a rounding error. The Würth Group reported EUR 20.7 billion in 2025 sales, 86,415 employees worldwide, more than 400 companies and a presence in 80 countries. That is the entity behind the ZEBRA tools, the chemicals and the BendPak lifts. It is also why the brand can offer a lifetime warranty on a hand-tool line: the warranty is backed by a company that has been distributing tools for decades, not by a storefront that appeared last quarter.

The consumer storefront is much newer. Its About page says WurthTool was founded as a subsidiary of Wurth USA in 2020, and the WHOIS record shows the domain was created on May 14, 2021 and last updated on May 1, 2026. The site runs on Shopify, carries the copyright line for 2026 and describes itself as “The Official Home of Wurth Tools in the USA” and “a division of Wurth USA.”

There are two different sales channels, and mixing them up is the main source of confusion. Wurthusa.com is the traditional B2B portal: its registration is for commercial businesses, asks for SIC codes and a payment term, and says Net 30 requires approval. WurthTool is the open storefront: no business account is required to browse, prices are public, and the only threshold is free shipping at $50. The consumer store is therefore best understood as a retail overlay on a wholesale business — the catalog and the parent are industrial, but the checkout is built for anyone.

What Würth USA Sells

The catalog is a working tool-and-shop-supply assortment, not a lifestyle brand with a few licensed products. As of October 18, 2026, the store’s public product feed contained 1,450 products across 2,186 variants. Of those, 1,413 products — 97.4% — had at least one buyable variant, which is unusually healthy for a catalog this size. Only 37 products were fully out of stock.

The brand mix is roughly two-thirds own-brand. The feed lists 917 Würth products, 165 NSI safety products, 135 BendPak lifts and shop equipment, 62 Ranger wheel-service products, 26 WD-40 items, 25 DeWalt power tools, 19 Permatex chemicals, plus smaller runs of 3M, Dynabrade, Mahle and other industrial lines. The own-brand share is 63.2%, so this is neither a pure Würth boutique nor a generic reseller.

By product type, the largest sections are wrenches (166), sockets (130), screwdrivers (78), vehicle lifts (64), pliers and cutters (54), bits (43), Wurth Gear merchandise (43), T-handle tools (41), safety glasses (30), cleaners and degreasers (28), safety gloves (26), cut-resistant gloves (26), adhesives and sealants (23) and lubricants and protectants (22). The catalog also includes tire changers and balancers, air coolers, batteries, ratchets, impact sockets, work lights, clamps and hardware.

The ZEBRA line is the centerpiece. It is Würth’s premium hand-tool family, and the warranty page draws a clear distinction: ZEBRA hand tools get a limited lifetime warranty, while ordinary Würth hand tools get one year. The range covers combination wrenches, double box-end wrenches, ratcheting wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, T-handles, pliers and cutters. Prices are professional rather than promotional: the 11-piece ZEBRA metric wrench assortment is $61.69, the 17-piece combination wrench set with foam insert is $118.69, the ZEBRA 3K five-piece slotted and Phillips screwdriver set is $87.50, and the ZEBRA T-handle ratchet screwdriver set with 11 bits is $69.79.

The rest of the own-brand catalog is broad. There are shop chemicals and lubricants, adhesives and sealants, brake and parts cleaners, safety gloves and glasses, cable ties, fasteners, absorbent pads and shop equipment. The store also carries BendPak lifts and Ranger wheel-service machines, which is a different business from hand tools: a four-post BendPak HD-9 is $6,095.00, and the most expensive listing in the feed is a set of eight BendPak mobile lifts at $99,495.00. That range — from a $0.18 cable tie to a six-figure lift package — is a useful reminder that this is an industrial catalog, not a home-goods shop.

The resold brands are a real part of the offer, not decoration. DeWalt contributes grinders, drills, impact drivers and polishers; Permatex contributes brake cleaner, epoxy and sealants; WD-40 contributes aerosols, precision pens and bulk cans; NSI contributes safety glasses and gloves. If you are already buying ZEBRA hand tools or Würth chemicals, these fill gaps. If you are shopping only for a DeWalt tool, the store is usually not the cheapest place to buy it — more on that in the pricing section.

What the store does not sell is equally important. There is no furniture, no kitchenware, no general home decor and no consumer electronics. The “home” category label fits only in the sense that tools and shop equipment are home-improvement purchases. This is a specialist retailer for people who work on vehicles, machinery or job sites.

Würth USA Pricing in 2026

All prices below were taken from the store’s live product feed and product pages on October 18, 2026. Across the full 1,450-product catalog, the median variant price is $16.49 and the median Würth-brand variant is $16.87. The cheapest item is a $0.18 cable tie; the most expensive is the $99,495.00 BendPak mobile-lift package. The spread is wide because the catalog mixes consumables, hand tools and capital equipment.

The own-brand value story is real but narrower than it looks. Pro Tool Reviews’ 2020 test of the 11-piece ZEBRA metric wrench set is the strongest independent price evidence available: it compared the set with a $266 Snap-on set, a $310.99 Mac set and a $140 Sonic set; at $41.99, the ZEBRA set cost roughly one-sixth of the Snap-on set and survived a blind wrench test. At $61.69 in October 2026, the ZEBRA set is still far below the truck brands. But it is 47% more expensive than the $41.99 the reviewer paid six years earlier, and the current catalog’s 17-piece set at $118.69 is well above the $75 holiday price a Garage Journal buyer reported. The lesson is not that ZEBRA is expensive in absolute terms; it is that the value depends heavily on buying during a promotion.

The resold brands are priced at or above street. The cleanest same-day comparison is the DeWalt DWE4120 grinder: $114.49 at Würth USA versus $93.65 at Toolup. That is a 22% premium for a commodity power tool that any DeWalt dealer can sell. The same pattern is likely on WD-40 and Permatex, though this review did not verify same-day big-box prices for those two, so treat the DeWalt comparison as the proven example rather than a universal rule. If you are buying only resold brands, price-check elsewhere first.

The October promotion is modest but genuine. The homepage’s October Spotlight banner, subtitled “Special Limited Time Offers”, links to a collection that says “Save Now Until 10/31/2026, While Supplies Last!” The collection lists 18 products. Five carry a struck-through comparison price and a stated saving of 29–47%: the Brake Fluid Tester is $75.00 from $119.09 (37% off), the Hub Cleaning Tool is $35.00 from $59.99 (42% off), the Hub Cleaning Tool Replacement Disc is $60.00 from $114.09 (47% off), the Tire Lube Brush is $20.00 from $36.25 (45% off) and the Tire Lube Swab is $8.99 from $12.62 (29% off). The other 13 listings show no saving — “Save 0%”, or “Save up to 0%” on the two ClearPlus wiper-blade listings — despite sitting under the same banner. Across the main feed, only 25 of 2,186 variants (1.1%) had any compare-at price, so the site is not running a sitewide markdown.

Lifts are a freight purchase, not a parcel purchase. The BendPak page says ground freight is free within the 48 contiguous states, then lists the accessorials: $70 for a residential address, $95 for lift-gate service, $12 for 24-hour delivery notice, $70 for limited access, $45 to ship to a freight dock and $395 for forklift unloading. Those fees can add hundreds of dollars to a $6,095 lift, and the page instructs Wurth USA sales representatives to discuss the options with the customer before ordering. There is no published delivery window. Budget for the surcharges and get them confirmed in writing before you order.

What Customers Say About Würth USA

The honest headline, as of October 2026, is that the consumer storefront has limited review volume — essentially none on the major independent sites — while the parent’s business portal has a large and positive record. Both facts are true, and they apply to different checkout experiences.

At the store level, the review sites are empty. Trustpilot has no profile for the consumer store, and the Trustpilot profile for wurthusa.com is unclaimed with zero reviews and a TrustScore of 0.0. The BBB profile is rated A+ but is not accredited, has been open since December 30, 2020, and records zero customer reviews and one complaint in the last three years. The Sitejabber/SmartCustomer listing shows zero reviews for both domains. ScamAdviser’s summary says the store is “very likely not a scam but legit and reliable”, but its numeric trust score is not reliable: on a 1–100 scale where higher is safer, three checks on October 18, 2026 returned 87/100, 87/100 and 25/100, and the last scan is a year old. It flags a hidden WHOIS owner, a low traffic rank and no reviews on popular review sites. That is not a meaningful consumer sentiment sample.

The one BBB complaint is worth reading because it is exactly the failure mode a first-time buyer worries about. A customer filed it on February 19, 2025, saying they had placed an order on January 14, 2025 for a ZEBRA 3K slotted and Phillips screwdriver set, had not received it a month later, and had emailed without a response. Wurth USA replied on March 14, 2025, apologized for a shipping error that sent the order to the wrong address, provided tracking for a replacement and gave an estimated delivery date of March 14, 2025. The customer marked the complaint resolved on March 17, 2025. One resolved delivery complaint in three years is a good record for a company of this size; it is also a reminder that the store’s order-status communication is not always proactive.

The large positive dataset belongs to the B2B portal. Shopper Approved shows 4.7 out of 5 from 2,982 reviews for WurthUSA.com, split into 2,335 checkout reviews at 4.7 and 647 post-delivery reviews at 4.8. Customer service, a much smaller sample of 57 reviews, scores 4.4. Those reviewers are largely business customers using the account portal, so the score is evidence that Wurth USA can fulfill and support commercial orders; it is not evidence about the consumer Shopify checkout.

On-site reviews exist, but they are thin. The store uses Judge.me product reviews. The ZEBRA 11-piece metric wrench set showed “No reviews” on October 18, 2026. A Wurth air coupler showed 5.0 from one verified review dated May 8, 2026 (“GREAT USED THESE FOR YEARS”), and the ZEBRA 3K screwdriver set showed 5.0 from one verified review dated May 21, 2026 (“The Zebra screwdriver set is great, the handles are comfortable and provide an increase in torque. I would recommend to a friend.”). These are real, dated reviews, but a handful of one-review products cannot support a service score.

The substantive independent discussion is on Garage Journal, and it separates the product from the price. In the Würth tools thread, running January 6–8, 2026, one member wrote of the dustproof ratchets: “these are damn good. The finish is nice, I like the handle and balance” — then added, “I might return them because of the excessive amount of backdrag.” Another called the small bit ratchet “a really good compromise between head size, clearance.” In the wrench-set thread, running November 2025 to January 2026, one buyer called the ZEBRA wrenches “Pretty nice tools overall,” another said they “apparently buy and remarket very good stuff,” and a third said “they don’t rebrand junk.” Country of origin is unresolved: one member described the tools as “quality Asian import, mostly from Taiwan,” and a buyer who inspected his set found “Zero markings on the tools or packaging that indicate COO” before concluding “realistically, Taiwan.” Do not buy on the assumption that ZEBRA is German-made. On price, the same buyer described a holiday offer as “$75 for an expanded size 17 piece set” with a foam organizer and metal case. On logistics, one US buyer reported delivery “in 1-2 days via UPS from NJ.” Two members also criticized the store’s product information: “The Wurth website leaves a lot to be desired when trying to get more info on a product,” one wrote, and another agreed, “their website is pretty weak.” No one in either thread described a customer-service interaction.

Reddit could not be read. Reddit returned 403 responses to automated access on October 18, 2026, so no Reddit threads are summarized here rather than characterized secondhand. The usable public sentiment is therefore the BBB record, the Shopper Approved business-portal score, the sparse on-site reviews and the Garage Journal discussion.

Net read, as of October 2026: the tools have a good reputation among people who use them, especially the ZEBRA line; the value is mixed and depends on promotions; and the consumer store’s own service record is too thin to grade. A first order should be sized as a test, not as a shop-wide rollout.

Is Würth USA Legit and Safe?

On the basic questions — is this a real company, will a real product arrive, can you find a human — the answer is clearly yes. The evidence is stronger than most specialist retailers can produce.

What checks out. Wurth USA Inc. has been operating since 1969, publishes a street address and local phone number, and states that it employs 500 people and serves 40,000 customers. Its parent reported EUR 20.7 billion in 2025 sales and 86,415 employees. The BBB gives it an A+, and its one complaint in three years was resolved. Checkout runs on Shopify over HTTPS, which carries normal card-dispute rights. The About page, contact page, terms of service and warranty page all point to the same Ramsey, NJ company. The ZEBRA lifetime warranty and the one-year Würth warranty are published in full, including the exclusions.

What is sloppy rather than sinister. The store’s consumer-information pages are unfinished. The shipping policy has a heading and no body. The FAQ has a title and no questions. The “Our Promise” page is behind an access gate. The homepage claims “24-hour chat support” while the parent’s contact page lists weekday phone hours of 8am–8pm EST. The terms of service are the B2B electronic access agreement for wurthusa.com, not consumer terms: they describe a Primary Administrator, user IDs, credit limits and a five-year software licence. The warranty page routes claimants to 1-800-263-5002 rather than the store’s 1-800-987-8487 line. None of this looks like fraud; it looks like a wholesale company that stood up a Shopify store and did not rewrite the legal and support layer for retail customers. But it does mean you should rely on your order confirmation and the published warranty, not on the site’s navigation, for the details.

The lookalike risk is real and worth naming. ScamAdviser has a separate report on a copycat domain, wurthtoolhq.shop, that uses Würth Tool branding, calls itself “The Official USA Home of Wurth Tools,” promises free shipping over $50 and claims “10,000+ Happy Customers.” ScamAdviser gives it a 1/100 trust score, with reports of phishing and possible malware from IPQS and Gridinsoft. The real store is the one linked through the brand link on this page, not a domain with an extra “hq” in it. Bookmark the real store rather than clicking through search ads.

Where the consumer risk actually sits: the return rule. The 30-day window sounds standard, but the unopened requirement is stricter than most tool retailers. You cannot install a wrench, discover it is the wrong reach, and send it back. You cannot open a socket set to check the finish and then return it. The policy also says “freight not included,” so return shipping comes out of your pocket, and there is no exchange process. The practical approach is to verify the part number, size and quantity before ordering, inspect the sealed box for shipping damage before signing, and treat the purchase as final once the seal is broken.

The second risk is freight, not fraud. A $6,095 lift with a $70 residential surcharge, a $95 lift-gate fee and a $395 forklift fee is a different transaction from a $61 wrench set. The BendPak page says to discuss the options with a sales representative, which is sensible, but the store does not publish a delivery window or a single consolidated freight policy. Get the accessorials and the delivery address in writing before you pay.

Practical precautions. Use the real store link, not a search ad. Confirm every line item is in stock before checkout — 37 products were fully out of stock on October 18, 2026, so this is not hypothetical. Build small orders past $50 to get free shipping, but do not add filler you cannot return. Pay by credit card so you have dispute rights. Keep the receipt, because the warranty requires proof of purchase. If you are buying a lift, get the freight surcharges and delivery window confirmed in writing. And if you might need to return the item, do not open it until you are sure.

Bottom Line

Würth USA earns a 3.7 out of 5 from LegitScout — solid, with real reservations. It is a legitimate 1969 US subsidiary of a EUR 20.7 billion parent, with a deep 1,450-SKU catalog, 97.4% of it in stock, a lifetime warranty on the ZEBRA hand-tool line and free shipping at $50. It is also a store where a $61 wrench set cannot be returned once opened, the shipping policy and FAQ pages are blank, the terms of service are written for business accounts, and there is almost no independent consumer review record to check.

What earns it: a real corporate entity with a published address and phone number, an A+ BBB rating with one resolved complaint in three years, 1,413 of 1,450 products buyable, 917 own-brand Würth products, genuine ZEBRA tools at a fraction of truck-brand prices, NSI safety glasses at $3.84, Permatex and WD-40 consumables, BendPak lifts, and a current October Spotlight promotion with five products marked down 29–47% through October 31, 2026.

What holds it back: a 30-day, unopened-only return policy with return freight excluded; no published shipping methods, delivery windows or general transit times; an empty FAQ and an access-gated “Our Promise” page; a B2B terms-of-service document that does not match the consumer checkout; a 22% premium on at least one resold DeWalt tool; only 1.1% of variants carrying any compare-at price; and a review record that is essentially empty on Trustpilot, the BBB and Sitejabber, with a 4.7/5 Shopper Approved score that belongs to the business portal rather than the consumer store.

Buy from Würth USA if you are a professional or a serious DIYer who knows the ZEBRA or Würth part you need, values the lifetime hand-tool warranty and can inspect an order without planning to return it. Look elsewhere — or at least price-check the same SKU — if you are buying only resold brands like DeWalt, if you want to handle a tool before committing, if you may need to return an opened item, or if you need published shipping times and a deep public service record before you spend.

What we like

  • The corporate paper trail is as good as it gets for a specialty tool store. Wurth USA Inc. has operated since 1969, says it employs 500 people and serves more than 40,000 customers, and publishes a real address and phone number at 93 Grant Street, Ramsey, NJ. Its parent, the Würth Group, reported EUR 20.7 billion in 2025 sales and 86,415 employees across more than 400 companies in 80 countries. The Better Business Bureau gives Wurth USA an A+ and records one complaint in three years, resolved. Checkout runs on Shopify over HTTPS, and the terms name WURTH USA, Inc. directly.
  • The catalog is deep, real and almost entirely in stock. The public product feed carried 1,450 products as of October 18, 2026, of which 1,413 — 97.4% — had at least one buyable variant. That is the opposite of a dropship catalog padded with unavailable listings. The mix is 917 Würth-brand products, 165 NSI safety products, 135 BendPak lifts and shop equipment, 62 Ranger wheel-service items, 25 DeWalt power tools, 19 Permatex chemicals and 26 WD-40 products, so a shop can buy the hand tool, the chemical and the lift in one order.
  • The ZEBRA hand-tool line carries a limited lifetime warranty, and its pricing can undercut truck brands by a wide margin. ZEBRA tools are warranted for their useful life against defects in materials and workmanship; ordinary Würth-brand hand tools get one year. Pro Tool Reviews' independent 2020 test of the 11-piece ZEBRA metric wrench set could not tell the difference from the competition in a blind wrench test; at $41.99, the set cost roughly one-sixth of the $266 Snap-on set cited in the same review. At the October 2026 price of $61.69 it still undercuts the $266 Snap-on and $310.99 Mac sets cited in that review.
  • Shipping is free at a low $50 threshold, and the current promotion is real. The site advertises free shipping on orders over $50, lower than most specialty tool retailers. The October Spotlight collection, live until October 31, 2026, lists 18 products, five of them marked down 29–47% against a stated comparison price — including the Brake Fluid Tester at $75.00 from $119.09 and the Hub Cleaning Tool at $35.00 from $59.99.

What to watch out for

  • Returns are unopened-only, which is the single biggest consumer drawback. The refund policy accepts returns only if the merchandise is 'resalable, in unopened, original packaging' and within 30 days of the original purchase. Credit is processed within 14 days of receipt at a Wurth USA distribution center, and 'freight not included' — meaning return shipping is not refunded. There is no exchange process, no restocking fee stated for ordinary merchandise, and no way to return a tool you have opened and used. In a category where feel and fit matter, that shifts nearly all product risk onto the buyer at the box seal.
  • The consumer-information layer is half-built. The shipping policy page has a heading and an empty body — no carriers, methods, delivery windows, exclusions or cutoff times. The FAQ page has a title and no questions. The 'Our Promise' page is access-protected. The homepage advertises '24-hour chat support', while the parent company's contact page lists phone hours of Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm EST. The terms of service are not consumer terms at all: they are Wurth USA's B2B 'Customer Electronic Access Agreement' for wurthusa.com, with a Primary Administrator, user IDs, credit limits and a five-year software licence.
  • Independent review volume for the consumer store is close to zero. Trustpilot has no profile for the store at all, and its wurthusa.com profile is unclaimed with zero reviews. The BBB profile has zero customer reviews and one complaint in three years. Sitejabber/SmartCustomer shows zero reviews. On-site Judge.me reviews exist but are sparse — the ZEBRA 11-piece wrench set showed 'No reviews' on October 18, 2026, while a coupler and a screwdriver set each showed a single verified review dated May 2026. The 4.7/5 Shopper Approved score with 2,982 reviews belongs to WurthUSA.com, the business site, not to this storefront.
  • Prices are professional-grade, and resold brands are not discounted. The DeWalt DWE4120 grinder is $114.49 here against $93.65 at Toolup on the same day. The ZEBRA 11-piece metric wrench set is $61.69, up from the $41.99 Pro Tool Reviews paid in 2020. A Garage Journal buyer described a 17-piece ZEBRA holiday offer at $75; the store's regular price for a comparable 17-piece set is $118.69. Across the main feed only 25 of 2,186 variants — 1.1% — carried any compare-at price, despite the October Spotlight banner.
  • Lift and freight shipping is a separate, expensive puzzle. BendPak lifts ship free within the 48 contiguous states, but the page then lists $70 for a residential address, $95 for lift-gate service, $12 for 24-hour delivery notice, $70 for limited access, $45 to ship to a freight dock and $395 for forklift unloading. No delivery timeline is published, and the page tells 'Wurth USA Sales Reps' to discuss the options before ordering — a B2B instruction on a self-serve consumer checkout. Lift returns are stricter still: the BendPak page requires an account and invoice number, deducts freight out and back, and adds a 20% restocking fee, with a 10% discount on that fee for an offsetting order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Würth USA legit?

Yes. Würth USA is not a pop-up storefront. Wurth USA Inc. has operated since 1969 and is headquartered at 93 Grant Street, Ramsey, NJ 07446, with a published phone number (1-800-987-8487) and email (shoponline@wurthusa.com). The company says it employs 500 people and serves more than 40,000 customers, and its parent, the Würth Group, reported EUR 20.7 billion in 2025 sales and 86,415 employees across more than 400 companies in 80 countries. The [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nj/ramsey/profile/tools/wurth-usa-inc-0221-90205931) rates Wurth USA A+ (not accredited) and records one complaint in the last three years; that complaint, a February 2025 delivery dispute, was resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Checkout is Shopify over HTTPS, and the terms of service name WURTH USA, Inc. The caveats are consumer-facing rather than existential: returns are unopened-only, and the consumer store has almost no independent review record.

Is the Würth USA online store the same company as wurthusa.com?

They are two storefronts of the same US company. WurthTool is described on its About page as a subsidiary of Wurth USA founded in 2020 and elsewhere as 'a division of Wurth USA'; it is the open, direct-to-consumer shop. Wurthusa.com is the main B2B site, where commercial registration asks for a business classification code, a requested payment term such as Net 30, and bank or credit references. Both use the same Ramsey, NJ address, the same 1-800-WURTH-USA phone number and the same shoponline@wurthusa.com inbox. The terms of service on WurthTool are actually Wurth USA's B2B electronic access agreement for wurthusa.com, which is why they talk about a Primary Administrator and credit limits rather than consumer returns.

Do I need a business account or a minimum order to buy from Würth USA?

No business account or minimum order is stated on the WurthTool storefront. Product pages show a normal add-to-cart flow, the site offers optional login and a 'Wurth Tool Professionals' registration, and the only published threshold is free shipping over $50. The separate wurthusa.com B2B site is different: its registration is explicitly for commercial businesses, requires SIC codes and a requested term (Net 30 requires approval), and asks for bank or credit-card details. If you are an individual buying tools, the WurthTool checkout is the relevant one.

Can I return an opened Würth USA tool?

No. The refund policy accepts returns only on merchandise that is 'resalable, in unopened, original packaging', and only within 30 days beyond the date of original purchase. Credit is processed within 14 days of receipt at a designated Wurth USA distribution center, and the policy says 'freight not included', so return shipping is not refunded. No restocking fee is stated for ordinary merchandise, but no exchange process is described either; the separate BendPak page adds a 20% restocking fee and deducts freight both ways on lift returns. The practical consequence is that you should inspect the outer packaging and confirm the part number before opening anything; once the box is open, the return route is effectively closed.

What warranty do Würth USA tools carry?

The limited warranty page gives ZEBRA-brand hand tools a limited lifetime warranty for their useful life against defects in materials and workmanship, and ordinary Würth-brand hand tools a one-year warranty from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required, the warranty is non-transferable, and it excludes normal wear, misuse, unauthorized repair and modifications; consumables carry no warranty beyond manufacturer defects on delivery. BendPak equipment carries separate coverage of one to five years depending on the product. The warranty page gives 1-800-263-5002 for the nearest authorized Wurth USA sales representative, a different number from the store's main 1-800-987-8487 line.

How fast is Würth USA shipping, and what does it cost?

The only general shipping term the store publishes is free shipping on orders over $50; the shipping policy page itself has an empty body, with no carriers, methods, delivery windows or cutoff times. BendPak lifts are a separate case: the BendPak page says ground freight is free within the 48 contiguous states, then adds $70 for a residential address, $95 for lift-gate service, $12 for 24-hour delivery notice, $70 for limited access, $45 to ship to a freight dock and $395 for forklift unloading. For small parcels, the only public delivery data point is a Garage Journal buyer who reported a ZEBRA order arriving '1-2 days via UPS from NJ' in January 2026. Treat that as a forum report, not a store promise.
